Our Mission
The mission of the Oklahoma Engineering Hall of Fame is to preserve and celebrate Oklahoma’s engineering legacy while inspiring future generations of innovators, problem-solvers, and industry leaders. Through recognition, storytelling, and public engagement, the Hall of Fame seeks to highlight the profound impact engineering has had on the people and progress of Oklahoma.
Celebrating Engineering’s Impact
Engineering touches nearly every aspect of daily life. Oklahoma engineers have helped design and construct bridges, highways, water systems, energy infrastructure, aerospace technologies, manufacturing systems, and countless innovations that support communities across the state and beyond.
The Hall of Fame exists to recognize those contributions and ensure that the stories behind Oklahoma engineering achievement are preserved for future generations.
Hall of Fame Categories
The Hall of Fame recognizes excellence across multiple categories designed to honor achievement, innovation, leadership, mentorship, and lasting impact on the engineering profession and the state of Oklahoma.
Categories may include Pioneer, Innovator, Builder, Mentor, and Visionary recognitions.
Established Through Oklahoma Engineering Leadership
The Oklahoma Engineering Hall of Fame has been developed through the leadership and support of the Oklahoma Engineering Foundation and the Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers along with partner organizations committed to preserving and celebrating the profession’s impact across the state.
The Hall of Fame seeks to serve as a lasting tribute to the engineers, companies, educators, and innovators who have helped shape Oklahoma’s past, present, and future.
